Aquaframe Assembly - 7 Easy Steps

Your aquaframe will arrive with the following parts : 2 - h shapped square tube legs 2 - square tube legs 4 - short round tubes 2 - longer round tubes 2 - long pieces of thread 4 - shorter pieces of thread 3 - foam pieces Stainless stell dome nuts WET assembly spanners |

Step 1

Place three round tubes in the appropriately sized fo am pieces |

Step 2
|

 |
- Place longest foam bar between the two h legs.
- Then insert thread bar through the centre tube, choosing a height appropriate for the instructor.
- Ideally the back bar should be at a comfortable height on which the instructor may lean.
- Screw on dome nuts (the nuts can be secured tightly as in step 6 - that is, once all pieces have been assembled).

Step 3

- Place the 2nd long round tube at the lower part of the two h bars.
- Insert the thread bar, as per previous instructions for the top back bar.
- Screw on the dome nuts.
- The back structure of the aquaframe is complete!

Step 4

- Now follow the same process to assemble both sides of the aquaframe.
- Insert thread through the top foam handle and screw on dome nuts.
- Insert a thread through another round tube and assemble on the
- lower side of the aquaframe.

Step 5

 |
Once one side of the frame is complete, repeat step - 4 to attach remaining pieces to the opposite side of the aquaframe. |

Step 6

- It's time now to secure all the nuts tightly using the spanners supplied.
- One spanner is used to anchor the nut on one side while the other spanner is turning in the opposite direction to tighten the nut securely.

Step 7

- Your WETS aquaframe is now ready for use.
- Refer to the WETS aquamoves guide.
- Using the aquaframe can assist instructors to perform aquamoves with less effort yet exact technique.
- Don't forget to wipe the aquaframe after each class, a sponge has been included for your convenience. Refer to the information CD for further maintenance instructions.
